Undergraduate Research under Prof. Tomonari Furukawa
Conceived and built autonomous disinfection robot “YASSIR” with mecanum-drive, parabolic UV light reflectors, and UR Robotic Arm for hard to reach areas of contamination. Ground-up rebuilt mechanical structure for autonomous robot “Hank” with a smaller and lighter form factor; featured servo motor controlled crab-drive to improve agility in dynamic environments.
